WARRANTY
We have a 90-day manufacturer's warranty on our DRYPRO Waterproof Cast & Wound Covers. The customer will be given a replacement for an item considered flawed or defective due to the manufacturer's design, within the 90-days from the day the DRYPRO item arrives at your door. Please email [email protected] with a clear photo of your defect, along with your Order Number, so that we can get the replacement to you as quickly as possible.
RETURNS & SIZE EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our product, the DRYPRO is non-returnable. We cannot resell a used medical product, nor would you want us to send you a used medical product! We put a huge emphasis on measuring your applicable body area before purchasing to ensure you have the correct size so that the DRYPRO will work properly. We understand that sometimes a different size may work better, so if you do need a size exchange, we will accommodate one for you. We only ask that you pay the associated Shipping & Handling fees. Any damaged or defective products can be replaced under warranty. However, no returns and no refunds will be issued.
