Dynarex warrants to the original purchaser each Dynarex product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship (as detailed in Warranty Section below) and warrants to repair defects or when repair is not possible replace with an equal product. Warranty includes components and repairs for the first year, commencing on date of original shipment date of the product. The Warranty does not cover damage related to alterations, accidents, neglect, misuse or if the product has not been used in accordance with Dynarex’s Instructions for Use or Operating Manual. The Warranty excludes normal wearing of parts or deterioration due to normal wear and tear.
The Warranty shall be null and void without notice for damages of any kind as a result of:
- Unauthorized repair or alteration of the product (s).
- Unauthorized component replacements.
- Improper installation, setup, or operation of the product(s) not in accordance with the product’s operating manual.
- Failure to provide normal maintenance for the product(s).
Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend the warranty period of the device.
Dynarex reserves the right to inspect defective products and will determine the product repair required. All product returns, replacement or repairs require prior written approval with an issued Return Material Authorization (RMA). Any returns without an RMA will be refused at the sole expense of the customer. Please contact us for instructions BEFORE returning any defective or damaged products.

We shall review and inspect product returns with a valid Return Material Authorization only. All returns for non-defective items are subject to a 15% to 20% restocking fee. Products must be in brand new condition, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition, UNOPENED with original seal in place. We will issue a credit less restocking fee based on inspection findings and re-salability of product.
Custom products and products with custom logos are not returnable.
As a reminder, all product returns, replacement, or repairs require prior written approval with an issued Return Material Authorization (RMA). Any returns without an RMA will be refused at the sole expense of the customer. Please contact us for instructions BEFORE returning any product.
Service Life
Dynarex will support the Mattress for (2) years from the original shipment date of product. Customer is responsible for all associated costs incurred beyond the warranty period.
