Just push one button and it lifts you up to a nearly standing position. All you must do is check your path and walk away. There are really four (4) products in one with infinite adjustability to serve many purposes during your day and night. The memory foam mattress feels like you're lying on a cloud. The UpBed Independence features eight (8) clearly marked and easily pushed buttons. Each does only one thing. It's so simple you'll soon be able to use it with your eyes closed! Your remote is connected by a wire to the bed. No more "Where's the remote?" hide and seek?and no more batteries to change. It even has a convenient clip to hang off an armrest so it's always close at hand. There are also includes two USB power outlets at the base for better connectivity. The UpBed Independence is designed to keep you safe. There is a motion-sensitive underbed safety light so you can easily see at night. It's also designed with caregivers in mind, helping them avoid awkward, unbalanced positions that can cause injuries when lifting someone out of bed.
