Built for long-term use, the ECO Cork is a must-have for yoga, Pilates, rehab, stretching, floor exercises and strength training. Comfortable and with a knobbed underside that makes slipping almost impossible, it is made from closed-cell foam with an "integrally molded skin" for extra toughness. Lightweight at approximately 5 lbs., users move and relocate the ECO Cork time and again with ease. Offering a feeling that is insulating soft and warm, the ECO Cork was designed with eco-conscious users in mind. All materials in the mat are eco-friendly and the natural cork material creates warmth and insulation suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Recycled, sustainable and biodegradable materials were paired with AIREX quality to create a premier yoga mat that's also environmentally friendly. Ideal for floor and mat-based workouts, great for traditional floor exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups, squats and lunges and ideal for functional training of any kind. At 6' long, the ECO Grip is generously sized at 72" x 24". It's ideal for all therapy applications, exercises and training. Tear resistant, the mat resists rips and holes and has enough flexibility to be "rolled-up" for carrying and storage. Sustainable and durable, the ECO Cork is an ideal mat to be used in yoga schools and studios, gyms, spas, wellness facilities and even outdoors. It's also common to find Airex in Olympic training camps, performance centers, fitness studios and clubs all over the globe. PVC and Latex-free, this Yoga ECO Cork mat comes in Natural Cork. Because it floats, this mat is ideal for adding challenges to water therapy and other water-based exercises. Not just for yoga, the ECO Cork works great for Pilates classes and is a terrific base for Airex Yoga Blocks, Airex Pads and Airex Balance Beams. Rinsing with fresh, soapy water is all that's needed. Shake off the excess water and allow to air dry. Damp mats shouldn't be stored in lockers or confined spaces. These mats are ideal for individual workouts at home, yet tough enough for multi-use environments such as fitness centers and therapy clinics. Safe in unexpected ways, as the ends will remain flat and not curl over time, preventing tripping.
