Description

This DVD features Functional Training expert Frank Th÷mmes as he leads viewers through pelvic training using the Airex mats. As Airex mats are a unique training tool and program, they have a unique training concept. Pelvic training is often thought of as being "only for women." This DVD shatters that myth. The training focuses on the pelvic floor, which is vital for both men AND women as it supports the internal organs and is responsible for control of the urinary bladder. The pelvic floor is also known as the "love muscle," and impacts love-life functionality. Exercises are sequenced to build on each other methodically, allowing users to work out and train at their own pace. This is training at the highest functional level and allows users to get the most out of their Airex mats. The DVD is in English. Please note, this is the DVD only. Airex mats are available separately. Duration of the DVD is approximately 36 minutes. No additional equipment or accessories are needed for training. Only an Airex mat, a supporting surface and an attitude of wanting to be fit. Training is so complete, it covers everything from the correct breathing technique to use while at rest to safely and efficiently changing positions. Ideal for individual at-home use or for spas and facilities. Program leads viewers through exercises that allow for consciously activating the pelvic floor musculature.
