Description

What's better than ice therapy and deep massage when dealing with pain, swelling and inflammation? How about a dynamic combination of the two? The Recovery+ is an innovative cold massage roller that combines the benefits of deep tissue massage therapy and cold therapy treatment all in one versatile device to relieve pain and inflammation. Designed by physical therapists, massage therapists and chiropractors to provide relief from plantar fasciitis, tension headaches, tendonitis, back pain and other acute injuries and inflammatory conditions. The unique design features a steel ball that holds reusable, specially formulated gel inserts. Simply place an insert in the ball, seal the ball and nest it all in a hand-friendly grip. Massage the pain in long strokes, circles or hold down with steady pressure on areas with knots or tension. Works great for self-massaging on the neck, shoulder, pecs, biceps, triceps, arm, hip, IT band and other small muscles. Also works well with a partner as they can really press into hard to reach areas to break up knots and balls of stress. Ideal for use on forearms for relief from pain from carpal tunnel and overuse. This package contains the Recovery+ and two cold gel inserts for long lasting cold treatment. Place the steel ball in the freezer shortly before use to enhance effectiveness, have it get colder faster and stay colder longer. Designed to fit all hand sizes, the ergonomic, rounded three-point design of the housing saves hands and fingers from fatigue. The removable steel ball can be used alone or inside of the housing. Easy to use and easy to clean. Simply use anti-bacterial gel or gently wash the surface with soap and water. Small enough to fit in your hand, the Recovery+ is compact and portable, making storage a snap and travel a breeze. It's also TSA compliant.
